A new city quarter is being built.

The new city quarter is called: Schumacher Quartier.
This is pronounced like this: Shoemaker Kwar-tier.
It is being built on the site of the old Tegel Airport.
More than 5 thousand apartments are being built there.
And they are also being built:
- Schools
- Kindergartens
- Sports pitches
- Business.
And there will be lots of trees and plants.
This is important so that people have a nice home.
And feel good.
The Schumacher Quartier aims to be a role model for other cities.
It should be shown there: How to build and protect nature at the same time.
Tegeler Stadt-Heide
The Tegeler Stadt-Heide is a large and green park.
There will be places to rest and play.
