The "Architecture and subsequent use" walk explores the iconic building ensemble designed by gmp (Gerkan, Marg and Nickels) with a view of the airfield and highlights its significance as a monument in the field of tension with the planned subsequent use as an innovation location.

A new city is being built in the middle of Berlin. On the site of the former Tegel Airport, urban life, living and working are being rethought on 500 hectares - and brought to life in a guided tour through the Infocenter's digital exhibition.

Combined Tour

Private guided tours and guided tours for educational groups can be requested and booked individually with the museum service. Groups can book a guided tour of the grounds, a tour of the Infocenter or a combination of both.

Times: Dates by arrangement with the Museum Service Berlin Price: Guided tour of the grounds and Infocenter Berlin TXL Guided tour in combination: 180 min à 335 € (up to 15 pers.) or 385 € (up to 25 pers.) Guided tours can only be booked as group tours.

Photo-Tour

Photo-Tour

On this four-hour photo tour, we explore listed architecture, the expanse of the airfield and the first building fences and construction sites. The focus is on the transformation of the area - both temporary and permanent. Photo points and route may change due to construction work or events.

Times: Dates by arrangement with the Musumsdienst Berlin. Duration 4 hours.
Offer price: 550 € for groups of up to 10 people. The photo tour can only be booked as a group tour.
